One workforce system, four countries
Most shift-scheduling tools assume one country. Global FlexiShift asks which country a workspace operates in, then changes the currency, dates, ID terminology, labour warnings and statutory deductions to match.
What follows the country you choose
Set it once in settings and it flows through the whole workspace.
- Currency symbol, date format and time zone
- Local identity-number terminology on staff records
- Overtime and rest thresholds used for roster warnings
- Statutory deductions — PAYE and UIF/SDL, PAYE and NIC, federal tax with FICA and Medicare, or the Australian equivalents
- Tax remittance reports laid out for that country
Tax tables by year, not by guess
Tables are dated, so a pay run in March uses the table in force in March. You can start the next tax year, edit brackets and caps, and mark a table as verified.
One workspace per operating country
Companies operating in more than one country run a workspace per country, each with its own staff, rules and reports.
